Material Specifications
- Important illustrations and type matter should be kept 1/2" from trim and 7/8" from gutter.
- Line screen: 150
- Electronic media preferred: Illustrator EPS, 300 dpi or higher, with all fonts outlined, high-resolution PDF file, or High resolution JPEG. Submitted on a CD or DVD. Please label disk with advertiser's name.
- Color: CMYK (not RGB).
- Each digital file must be accompanied with a SWOP certified press-quality color proof. Publisher is not responsible for reproduction quality if proof is not provided.
- Binding: Saddle-stitched
- Ads that bleed: Center Live Area horizontally and vertically between bleed dimensions.
- Ads with no bleed: Use live image area only.
- Advertiser will be billed for preparation charges when publisher typesets advertisements, scans images, designs layouts, shoots photos, manipulates or corrects digital files, or performs other extensive preparation on advertising material. Art prepared by publisher and billed to the advertiser become the property of the advertiser ($300/hour). However, materials will be stored for 6 months then destroyed unless instructed by advertiser at time of insertion.
